Gus jr Serves really good home-cooked meals as a drive-through better than McDonald's and all the other junk food place. It's good!
This review is for Gus Jr #6 on Waterman. I loved their burger and fries. Good price. The chef salad had plenty of meat and cheese. But it was just okay. The quesadilla was really good. I'd get that again. I was impressed with the amount of food. They have large portions. The service was good. They were nice. No problems. I didn't go inside so I can't speak for the ambiance. But I really like this place. I'm looking forward to trying more things. I heard breakfast is good too
This little greasy spoon is located right off the freeway in a little free standing building. They have both American and Mexican food. I did take out on a Tuesday night. There was no one else in the drive through line. They didn't seem too busy. I ordered the chili Verde not knowing what ingredients were in the burrito. The burrito was huge. It fit the entire take out box! It was full of thick juicy tender beef, rice, cheese and spicy sauce. It definitely had a kick like burning your tongue kick. It was very good. I ate 1/4 of the burrito and was full. It was so filling. Definitely a solid choice.

Typical short order burger place. Food is good at an average price point. Great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Mix between Mexican and American food available. Parking sucks though as the lot is tiny.
